Nutrition is the science of food and the manners by which the body utilizes it. Nutrition, the absorption by living beings of food resources that enable them to grow, maintains them and reproduces. Nutrition in the food gives us energy and helps to frame body tissues and they are an important part of a healthy life and maturing. Health is a man's physical condition in being free from sickness or injury. Healthy development aims to enable individuals to produce and keep up the practical capacity that enables prosperity.
