Judith Coulson-Geissmann is a Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist, Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach Judith Coulson is an author, speaker, coach and consultant in Asia and Europe for the last 15 years. Judith has focused her ongoing education and research on the effects of nutrition & lifestyle choices on community culture, wellbeing and health. Her quest to understand how and why people make choices inspired her to study the science of applied behaviour economics, choice architecture and positive psychology for the last couple of years.

Biography
Professor Elka Touitou is an internationally recognized authority in the field of drug delivery and design of new carrier technologies for efficient nasal, transdermal and cannabinoid new products. She has pioneered leading technologies in the field that evolved into startup companies. Also she has been invited as Visiting Professor at Universities in Europe and Asia. She has been the instructor of numerous graduate students. Prof. Touitou has broad experience in collaborating with the pharmaceutical industry serving in their Advisory Board. She has more than 100 scientific publications including original research, reviews, book chapters and co-editor of two books. She is the inventor of international granted patents.

Biography
Prof. Bernard Cheung went to Sevenoaks School and graduated from the University of Cambridge. He was a British Heart Foundation Junior Research Fellow at Cambridge before taking up lectureships in Sheffield and Hong Kong. In 2007-2009, he held the chair in Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics in Birmingham. He heads the Division of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics in the Department of Medicine of the University of Hong Kong. He is an Honorary Consultant Physician of Queen Mary Hospital and the Medical Director of the Phase 1 Clinical Trials Centre. He is the Editor-in-Chief of Postgraduate Medical Journal. Prof Cheung’s main research interest is in cardiovascular diseases and risk factors, including hypertension and the metabolic syndrome.
